Summer Vacation is an album of soundtracks by Cliff Richard and The Shadows for the film of the same name. This is their second soundtrack album for the film and Richard's eighth album overall. The album topped the UK Albums chart for 14 weeks. Three singles were released from the album. Before the album's release, the songs "The Next Time" and "Bachelor Boy" (on side A and side B respectively) were already hits.
