On the cover of this record, political figures are depicted against the background of a giant skull: Adolf Hitler, Joseph Stalin, Benito Mussolini, Pol Pot, Idi Amin and Heinrich Himmler; criminals Al Capone and Charles Manson, as well as members of the Ku Klux Klan in their traditional garb. The Headless Children became one of W.A.S.P.'s most commercially successful albums and retains this status to this day. It is worth noting that KEN HENSLEY (URIAH HEEP) was invited as a keyboardist, who contributed to the creation of the album.
