A very rare British original of Clapton's iconic concert.  n Concert is a double live album recorded by Derek and the Dominos in October 1970 at the Fillmore East and released in January 1973. Six of the album's nine tracks were later included on the 1994 album Live at the Fillmore. The three songs that were not included in it are "Why Does Love Got to Be So Sad", "Let It Rain" and "Tell the Truth". Live at the Fillmore also includes these songs, although they are from other sets rather than the ones featured here. The album received gold status in the USA. ...more

Painkiller is the twelfth studio album by English heavy metal band Judas Priest, released on September 17, 1990 and September 18 in the United States. It was the last Judas Priest album to feature longtime vocalist Rob Halford before his return in 2005 to record Angel of Retribution, and the first album to feature drummer Scott Travis. In January 1991, the album was certified gold by the RIAA. The album was nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Metal Performance category at the 33rd Annual Grammy Awards, losing to Metallica's cover of Queen's song "Stone Cold Crazy". ...more

DEEP PURPLE-FIREBALL-1971-SECOND PRESS 1972 JAPAN-WARNER-P-8092W Rare Japanese edition of the cult album. Fireball is the fifth studio album by the British rock band Deep Purple. Recorded between September 1970 and June 1971, it was released in September 1971 on the Harvest Records label. The album was recorded at De Lane Lea Studios (like its predecessor). Compared to Deep Purple in Rock, this album was recorded in a more experimental style. Allmusic named it one of the band's four most important albums, along with Machine Head, In Rock and Burn. Ian Gillan, unlike the rest of the band, considers this album a classic of Deep Purple. However, he noted that the inclusion of "Anyone's Daughter" on the album (in a country style and with humorous lyrics) was fun, but a mistake ("A good bit of fun, but a mistake"). Jon Lord highlighted several tracks on the album, such as "No No No" and "Fools", and especially noted Pace's performance on the title track. The track "Strange Kind of Woman", released as a single in February 1971 and rose to number eight in the UK charts. It sold 20,000 copies in the first week. The album was highly appreciated by the public and critics, becoming multi-gold on both sides of the Atlantic. ...more
