A rare Japanese original of a cult album.The Blue Ridge Rangers is the first solo studio album by John Fogerty, former vocalist and guitarist of Creedence Clearwater Revival. When originally released on Fantasy Records in 1973, the album was credited to The Blue Ridge Rangers without mentioning Fogerty on the cover. Fogerty decided to do so in order to distance himself from his Creedence legacy. The album consists entirely of traditional and country covers, and Fogerty plays all the instruments. The album reached 47th place in the charts. Two singles from the album became hits: "Jambalaya", which reached number 16 in the United States and 15 in Canada, and "Hearts of Stone", which reached number 37 in the United States and 35 in Canada. URIAH HEEP-...VERY 'EAVY VERY 'UMBLE-1970-THE FIRST PRESS OF GERMANY- VERTIGO SWIRL-6360006. A very rare German original of the cult album. The album was released in June 1970 by Vertigo Records in the UK. The original vinyl release was a spread-out envelope with frontman David Byron depicted on the front sleeve, almost unrecognizable under the cobwebs. It was released in August 1970 by Mercury Records in the United States under the name just Uriah Heep with a different cover design (a centipede-type monster) and with the track "Bird of Prey" instead of "Lucy Blues". The album was re-released by Bronze Records in 1971 after the band signed a contract with that label. The album shows how the band tries different genres – a mix of heavy metal and progressive rock, rather than hard rock, which they became known for on later albums. Tracks 3 and 8 were recorded as Spice songs before the band's renaming to Uriah Heep, and featured session musician Colin Wood on keyboards. ROLLING STONES-VOODOO LOUNGE-1994-FIRST PRESS UK-VIRGIN- V2750 Voodoo Lounge is the twentieth studio album by the English rock band The Rolling Stones, released on July 11, 1994. This album was the band's first release as part of their new collaboration with Virgin Records and their first studio album in five years, since the release of Steel Wheels in 1989. Voodoo Lounge is also the band's first album without original bassist Bill Wyman, who left the band in early 1991, although The Rolling Stones announced his departure only two years later, in 1993.  Voodoo Lounge sold well, reaching gold or platinum status in several countries, but failed to chart in the US top 40. The songs "Love Is Strong" and "You Got Me Rocking" reached #14 and #23 in the UK, respectively, and "You Got Me Rocking" became a major hit on most of the Stones' subsequent tours. Return to Fantasy is the eighth studio album by the British rock band Uriah Heep, released on May 13, 1975 by Bronze in the UK and Warner Bros. Records in the USA. The album is known for the title song "Return to Fantasy". On the eve of the recording, there was another change of composition. Bassist Gary Thane left by mutual consent, because due to drug addiction he was physically unable to cope with a tight schedule of touring and recording. Later, on December 8, 1975, Gary Thane died at the age of 27 from an overdose. He was replaced from Roxy Music by bass guitarist John Wetton, who had previously played in the bands Family and King Crimson.
