A rare European original legend in rock music. Still Got the Blues is the eighth studio album by Northern Irish guitarist and singer Gary Moore, released in 1990. The album marked a significant change in style for Moore, [1] [2] who prior to this album was primarily known for his hard rock work with Thin Lizzy, G-Force, Greg Lake, and during his extensive solo career, as well as his jazz fusion work with Colosseum II. As the name suggests, Still Got The Blues demonstrates Moore's commitment to electric blues. The title track was released as a single and peaked at # 97 on the Billboard Hot 100 on February 16, 1991. A very rare original of the second press of the cult album of the British blues prog. Tons of Sobs is the debut studio album by the British rock band Free, released by Island Records on March 14, 1969. One of the first albums in the blues-rock style. The album did not chart in the UK, but reached #197 on the Billboard Hot 200 in the US.At the time of recording the album, all the members of the band Free were very young: none of them had turned twenty yet, and bass guitarist Andy Fraser was sixteen years old at all. They achieved some success through constant touring, and their debut album was composed mainly of compositions performed at concerts. The budget allocated for the recording of the album was only 800 pounds[2]. Most of the album was recorded over a few days in October 1968.
