A very rare original of one of the best albums in hard glam rock. Sweet Fanny Adams is Sweet's second album, their first of two released in 1974, as well as their first album simply as Sweet. This album was a turning point and a change in the sound of the band. It had more of a hard rock sound than their previous pop albums. Sweet Fanny Adams reached number 27 on the UK Albums chart in the year of its release by RCA Records in 1974 and number 2 on the West German Albums chart. It was not released in the United States, but five of her tracks appeared on the American version of the album Desolation Boulevard, released in July 1975. ...more

It was the band's eleventh studio album and their first release for MCA/LAX Records. Nuclear Blues was produced by Jerry Goldstein, who was previously known for his work with the band War. Matrix A-1/B-1 is a rare British original of the cult album. Ball is the third studio album by the rock band Iron Butterfly, released on January 17, 1969. After the huge success of In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida, Iron Butterfly slightly changed its acid-rock sound and experimented with more melodic compositions. However, the band's signature heavy guitars are still noticeable on tracks such as "In the Time of Our Lives" and "It Must Be Love". The album reached number 3 on the Billboard 200 charts, making Ball more successful than In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida. Ball was certified Gold in March 1969. ...more
