PRESLEY, ELVIS-G. I. BLUES-1960-THE FIRST PRESS (MONO) UK-RCA-RD-27192. A rare British original of the King of rock and roll. Elvis Presley-G. I. Blues is the third soundtrack album and the seventh (overall) album by American singer and musician Elvis Presley, released by RCA Victor in mono and stereo format LPM/LSP 2256 in October 1960. This is the soundtrack to the 1960 film of the same name, in which he starred. Recording sessions took place on April 27 and 28, and on May 6, 1960 at RCA Victor Studio C and Radio Recorders in Hollywood, California. The album topped the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart. It was certified gold on March 13, 1963 and platinum on March 27, 1992 by the Recording Industry Association of America. The album remained at #1 for eleven weeks.

Until 1991, it existed only as a magnetoalbum, being distributed by copying. Included in the book by Alexander Kushnir "100 magnetoalbums of Soviet rock", The recording was made on June 7-10, 1981. The sound engineer was Alexander "Artem" Arutyunov. The album was mixed on the spot.  The songs "In life, as in a Dark thicket", "Who's to Blame?" and "I used to wander one" were first recorded in 1979 on the first album. A total of 9 songs were recorded. A rare early British edition of the cult album.Out of Our Heads is a studio album by the British rock band The Rolling Stones. It is the band's fourth album released in the US and the third in the UK. The versions of the album released in the US and in the UK differ in the covers and the list of songs. The American version of the album was released on July 30, 1965 by London Records, and the British version was released on September 24, 1965, by Decca Records. The album was originally released in the United States. The album cover shows a photo taken during the same photo shoot as the photos that appeared on the covers of the albums 12 X 5 and The Rolling Stones No. 2. The album was the result of six months of work by the band. It includes songs that later became hits, such as "The Last Time" and, which became world famous, "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction", previously released only on the band's live EP Got Live If You Want It!. The album became the first edition of the band to reach the top of the Billboard 200 chart, and subsequently received platinum status in the United States. In 2003, Rolling Stone magazine included the album in the list of the 500 greatest albums of all time at number 114.  ...more
