High Voltage is the debut international Studio album by Australian hard rock band AC/DC. The original edition released by Atlantic Records, proved popular, and only in the United States the record sold 3 million copies. However, initially the album was low-priced by some critics upon its release, including a review of Rolling Stone magazine called it "a record low" for hard rock. The album reached the maximum level of sales in the U.S. and has been certified triple platinum by the RIAA for sales of more than 3 000 000 copies in may 2005.
