The cover of the album did not contain any information about artists or the title. In the US the title was written on ribbons that were taped children's buttocks. Despite this precaution, the album was banned in many States in the Bible belt. Illustration with the image of Christ here is not on a separate attachment, but posted on the bottom of the envelope.
