Barney Eles who last time led a mini-label "Rare Earth Records", founded the independent company "Prodigal" and promptly turned the team on him. During this time the band released four albums (the last of them, "Tight and Hot", 1982, was released only in Canada in a limited edition), and then, pursued by persistent staffing problems just disappeared, without announcing his breakup.
