A very rare European original of the iconic album by the famous vocalist Ronnie James Dio. Holy Diver is the debut studio album by Dio, released in 1983. After leaving Black Sabbath, Ronnie James Dio put together a new band, which included drummer Vinnie Appisi, bassist Jimmy Bain and guitarist Vivian Campbell. Holy Diver's debut album was recorded in the style of Black Sabbath's latest works, which attracted many fans of this band to Ronnie's new band. Holy Diver reached number 13 in the UK charts and number 56 in the US (but here it went gold and subsequently platinum). Critics rate the album highly, and many of the songs from it are considered anthems and classics of heavy rock. Ronnie James Dio himself was recognized by the readers of Kerrang! magazine as the best vocalist, and his band was recognized as the best new band of 1983. The album was certified platinum in both the United Kingdom and the United States, selling five million copies in its first year of release. Another version of Best of The Beach Boys was released in the UK on November 11, 1966 with a different track listing. Best of The Beach Boys includes a selection of 12 songs in Britain, 14 recorded by the band from 1962 to 1965, many of which were singles or B-sides.
