He also directed the film "More", for which Pink Floyd also recorded the soundtrack. The CD was recorded in six days in France, at the Chateau d’Erouville. As in the case of the soundtrack to the film "More", you can hear several modified versions of the songs on the album. A Day at the Races immediately came under fire from critics. Queen was accused of an unsuccessful attempt to repeat A Night At The Opera. The album turned out to be really very similar to the previous one, but this was never hidden by the musicians. The album was a commercial success and spawned one of Sandra's most successful singles, a cover version of "Everlasting Love" originally recorded by Robert Knight. "Everlasting Love" was released as the lead single from the album and became one of Sandra's most successful singles, reaching the top five in Germany, Greece and Switzerland. "Stop for a Minute" became the second and last single in early 1988 and reached the top 10 in Germany, as well as the top 20 in Switzerland and Denmark.
