The album has sold 2 million copies in the U.S., ranked # 5 on the Billboard 200 and spent on the charts for 49 weeks. The album contains three hit, reached the Top 40. "Keep the Faith" took 1st place in the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks, "Bed of Roses" hit the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100, and "In These Arms" - the Top 40. In the UK the album debuted at No. 1 and spent 24 weeks in the Top 20. Keep the Faith spent 70 weeks within the Top 75 UK Albums Chart.
