Waterloo is the second studio album by Swedish pop band ABBA, the first to be released internationally. It was originally released on March 4, 1974 in Sweden on the Polar Music label. The album's title track won ABBA the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974 and became a worldwide hit, launching the band's career. "Waterloo" won the Swedish qualifying round, and the band represented Sweden in Brighton at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974. ABBA won the competition, and "Waterloo" became a hit not only in Europe, but also around the world (for example, taking 6th place in the USA). The album has already been released in Sweden and topped the Swedish charts for 12 weeks, becoming one of the best-selling Swedish albums at that time. In the UK, the album peaked at number 28, becoming the first album by a foreign artist to chart, and performed well in the rest of Europe.

Joyride is the third studio album by Swedish pop rock duo Roxette, released on March 25, 1991 by EMI as a follow—up to their international breakthrough album Look Sharp! (1988), as well as the off-album single "It Must Have Been Love" from the soundtrack to the movie Pretty Woman (1990). The album was recorded in 11 months in Sweden. The duo faced serious pressure from the record company to release a successful next album, and resisted the pressure that forced them to move to Los Angeles and work with experienced American producers. The Wall: Live in Berlin is a concert performance of the legendary rock opera The Wall by Pink Floyd, organized by its main author Roger Waters and held on July 21, 1990 at Berlin's Potsdamer Platz, which has long been divided by the Berlin Wall. The concert was filmed as a TV movie, and also released in September 1990 as a live album. The concert took place in the presence of a 200,000-strong audience on July 21, 1990 at Potsdamer Platz, which was previously a no-man's land separating East and West Berlin. During the concert, a "wall" with a width of more than 160 m and a height of about 25 m was erected on the stage, which was finally destroyed to the ground. В 1979 году участники группы Secret Service (но ещё под названием Ola+3) записали шведоязычный альбом «Det Känt Som Jag Vandrar Fram» на звукозаписывающей компании Gazell.
