A rare American original compilation of the best tracks over a 10-year period.  The first compilation album by British singer and songwriter Chris Rea, released in 1988. The album consists mainly of re-recorded songs from Ri's previous albums, as well as the new track "Working on It", which reached number 73 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, and became Ri's only hit to reach number one on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. The song "On the Beach" reached number 9 on the US Adult Contemporary Singles Chart and number 12 on the UK Singles Chart. The album reached number five on the UK Albums Chart, staying there for over a year, and was triple platinum by the BPI until 1992. Virgin Killer is the fourth Studio album by the German band Scorpions, released in 1976, the band's first album, known outside Europe. The title song, Virgin Killer, illuminates the subject of human depravity, it gave the idea covers with naked young virgin who was banned in the United States and several other countries. As with the previous album, In Trance, the cover was censored in some countries the album was released with an alternative version of the cover. The artwork was Steffan Böhle, Manager of RCA Records. He depicted a naked minor girl on black background; broken glass effect covering her genitals. In Japan, the album reached the 32nd line in the hit parade. BEATLES-REVOLVER-1966-FIRST PRESS (STEREO) UK-PARLOPHONE- PCS7009 Matrix Numbers: Side 1: YEX 605-1; Side 2: YEX 606-1.  2OH/3AO stamps (Early!) .  The first printing took place on August 5, 1966. Black label with yellow logo and silver lettering. “The Gramophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the beginning of the perimeter and contains the text “Sold in the UK on condition ...”. The usual white or white and black inner sleeves with the inscription “LP Advertisement". The label shows the KT tax code or without it. Matrix numbers: Side 1: XEX 605-1 Side 2: XEX 606-1. This is how labels first appeared on the shelves.  The labels use the Arial sans-serif font. In addition, the labels used two versions: on the second side of the track, Doctor Robert is written with a typo as “Dr. ROBERT” and without mistake. On the first press on the labels, the name of each song began with a new line, with the first line being written exclusively for “Taxman” and “Eleanor Rigby” starting from the second line down. It should also be noted that on these original labels, the title of each song was followed by the credits, followed by the author. ...more
