BLOOD, SWEAT & TEARS-BRAND NEW DAY-1977-FIRST PRESS USA-ABC-AB1015. A rare American original of the cult prog-jazz-rock band. The tenth album by Blood, Sweat & Tears, released in November 1977. It was the band's only release on ABC Records. It was produced by Roy Haley and former band drummer Bobby Colomby. Columbi and Haley also co-produced the band's fourth album, Blood, Sweat & Tears; 4, in 1971. The New Day failed to chart on the Billboard 200, peaking at number 205. Jason Elias wrote for AllMusic: "For the most part, Brand New Day wasn't as innovative or grandiose as previous releases, but fans will enjoy some of the best moments." ...more

A very rare British original with the first matrices .Houses of the Holy is the fifth studio album by the British rock band Led Zeppelin, released on March 28, 1973 on Atlantic Records. Page described the idea of the cover as "a symbol of innocence, an expression of the idea that we are all beings who aspire to the promised heaven." Six-year-old Samantha Gates and her four-year-old brother Stefan posed. The cover photo is a collage of more than thirty pictures. The album cover did not contain any information about the artists or the title. In the USA, the headline was written on ribbons that were taped over children's buttocks. Despite this precaution, the record was banned in many states of the "Bible Belt". "They wouldn't let us do anything like that today, they would immediately accuse us of pedophilia propaganda," says Powell, "but we were hippies, walking around naked was completely commonplace for us." In 2011, the album cover was ranked 28th in the list of the best album covers of all time by the online edition of Music Radar. PAT METHENY AND LYLE MAYS-AS FALLS WICHITA , SO FALLS WICHITA FALLS-1981-FIRST PRESS GERMANY-ECM-ECM1190.  A rare original of the cult jazzman of the third wave (the beginning of the 70s) As Falls Wichita, So Falls Wichita Falls is an album by jazz guitarist Pat Metheny and jazz pianist Lyle Mays recorded in September 1980 and released on ECM the following April. The trio consists of percussionist Nana Vasconcelos..Throughout the album, Metheny acts as the lead guitarist, accompanying guitarist and bassist, using an overdubbing technique. The track "September Fifteenth" refers to September 15, 1980, the day of the death of American jazz pianist Bill Evans. Metheny and Mays call Evans the main person involved. The album reached number 1 on the Jazz Billboard, and number 50 on the Pop/rock Billboard in 1979.  ...more
