SWEGAS-CHILD OF LIGHT -1971-THE FIRST PRESS OF FRANCE-TREND-2C-06492507. A very rare French original of the iconic British band. An English band that began its creative activity in 1969. Having signed a contract with BC Records, they recorded their self-titled debut album at Advision Studios in London. However, the album was not released. The band started rehearsals on new material in the premises of the London ambulance. They then made a three-month tour of Europe, starting in Oslo on May 20, 1970. After returning from the tour, the musicians recorded the album "Child Of Light" at Tangerine Studios, located in Dalston (East London). The album was released in a small edition on "Barry Class Record Company". The album received very high marks and is a must in the collection of progressive music of the first line.  ...more

The album reached number 2 in the UK charts. Absolute spawned some of the band's biggest hits, most notably "BaggyPants", which peaked at number 3 in the UK and spent over four months on the singles chart. "Confusion" took 4th place, and the instrumental "The Return of the Los Palmas 7" rose to 7th place. The second and last album of the supergroup The Traveling Wilburys (the stellar line-up), recorded and released in 1990. Released in October 1990, the album was less positively received than Vol. 1, but still had a fair success. In the United States, "She's My Baby" (with guest guitarist Gary Moore) and "Inside Out" became radio hits, charting 2nd album rock and 16th album rock respectively. ZOO-ZOO-1971-FIRST PRESS GERMANY-BACILLUS - 6494006 Mega rare album on a prestigious label. ZOO is a French prog band based on blues and jazz. The debut album of the French band formed in 1968. Starting work in the studio on April 16, 1969, the musicians recorded 8 songs included in the album of the same name in 2 days. In November of the same year, the band took part in the festival in the Belgian city of Amougies together with "Pink Floyd", "Colosseum", "The Nice", "East Of Eden", Frank Zappa, etc. In 1970, before the release of the second album, Joël Daydé and Pierre Fanen left the band due to musical differences, and Englishman Ian Bellamy took the place of the vocalist. The second album was recorded from June 12 to September 9, 1970, later receiving the opportunity to promote on the two largest radio stations in New York - "WOR—FM" and "WABC-FM".
