TERRE HAUTE PRESS.  A very rare American original of the cult album. Waiting for the Sun is the third studio album by American rock band The Doors, released in July 1968. The CD was recorded at Sunset Sound Studio (Los Angeles). It was originally planned that it would be based on the 25-minute composition "The Celebration of Lizard", but after listening to the recorded material, which only Morrison was satisfied with, this idea had to be abandoned. The album also did not include the title song, which was transferred to the album Morrison Hotel. While working on the album, Morrison often got drunk, which infuriated producer Paul Rothschild. Despite its roughness, as well as a barrage of criticism, the album reached the first line in the national hit parade. ...more

Afternoons in Utopia is the second studio album by Alphaville, released in 1986 on the Warner Music label. It was recorded between September 1985 and May 1986 and Alphaville attracted at least 27 specially invited musicians and performers to record songs. The disc received mostly positive reviews. A rare British original of the famous jazz piano. Erroll Louis Garner (June 15, 1921 - January 2, 1977) was an American jazz pianist and composer known for his swing playing and ballads. His most famous composition, the ballad "Misty", became a jazz standard. Scott Yanow of Allmusic calls him "one of the most outstanding pianists" and "a brilliant virtuoso."He received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6363 Hollywood Boulevard. His live album, Concert by the Sea, was first released in 1955, sold over a million copies by 1958, and Scott Yanow's opinion is: "this is an album that made such a strong impression that since then Garner has been considered immortal"  ...more

A very rare British original of the cult album. Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake is the third studio album and the only concept album by English rock band Small Faces. Released on May 24, 1968, the album reached number one on the UK album charts on June 29, where it remained for a total of six weeks.  Ultimately, it became the band's last studio album during their initial incarnation (and the last album to contain exclusively new material until the release of the Playmates reunion album in 1977). The album's title and distinctive packaging design were a parody of Ogden's Nut-Brown Flakes, a brand of canned crumbly tobacco that was produced in Liverpool. since 1899 by Thomas Ogden. The cover was ranked 21st on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 100 Greatest Album Covers in 1991.. ...more
