Still Got the Blues is the eighth studio album by Northern Irish guitarist and singer Gary Moore, released in 1990. The album marked a significant change in style for Moore, [1] [2] who prior to this album was primarily known for his hard rock work with Thin Lizzy, G-Force, Greg Lake, and during his extensive solo career, as well as his jazz fusion work with Colosseum II. As the name suggests, Still Got The Blues demonstrates Moore's commitment to electric blues. The title track was released as a single and peaked at # 97 on the Billboard Hot 100 on February 16, 1991. Abbey Road is the eleventh studio album by the British rock band The Beatles. Abbey Road took place from February to August 1969 and was the last joint project of all four members of the ensemble (the last numbered album of the group Let It Be, released in 1970, was mostly recorded in January 1969). The record was produced by George Martin, who had worked with the band since 1962. Abbey Road sold four million copies in its first two months. In the UK, the album debuted at the top of the national chart, where it remained for 11 weeks, before being pushed out by The Rolling Stones ' Let It Bleed for one week. It then returned to # 1 again (in the Christmas week) and stayed there for another six weeks (17 weeks in total), until it was displaced by Led Zeppelin's second record, Led Zeppelin II.
