A rare German original of a cult album, one of the icons in rock music. On the album Jesus Christ Superstar, released in 1970, the title role was performed by Deep Purple vocalist Ian Gillan. Other well-known artists took part in the recording: Murray Head, Mike D'Abo (ex-Manfred Mann), bluesman Victor Brox (Caiaphas), as well as Paul Raven (aka Gary Glitter) and Yvonne Elliman, who later became famous. The album Jesus Christ Superstar topped the Billboard 200 in 1971 and rose to No. 6 on the UK Singles Chart in January 1972. ABBA-VOULEZ-VOUS-1979-THE FIRST PRESS OF SWEDEN-POLAR - POLS282.A rare Swedish original of the cult album.  Voulez-Vous is the sixth studio album by Swedish pop band ABBA, released in 1979. The release is characterized by a large number of dance-oriented tracks, but it is wrong to define the genre of the album as exclusively "disco"; for example, the song "Does Your Mother Know" has quite definite rock motifs. The work on the album went on for more than a year, and during this time the participants had accumulated more material than what they managed to put on the album. Among the works of that period published much later, it is worth mentioning the composition Dream World, included as a bonus track on the 2010 reissue. In 1981, the album "Voulez-Vous" was released in the USSR by the company "Melody" and became the last numbered album "ABBA", released in the Soviet Union.
