As with the previous album, In Trance, the cover was censored in some countries the album was released with an alternative version of the cover. The artwork was Steffan Böhle, Manager of RCA Records. He depicted a naked minor girl on black background; broken glass effect covering her genitals. In Japan, the album reached the 32nd line in the hit parade.
