The cover artwork was painted by Rodney Matthews, the famous English Illustrator in fantasy style, created covers for works by many other artists (Scorpions, Thin Lizzy and others) the Title is borrowed from the novel by Alexander McArthur and Kingsley long's "No Mean City" (1935). With this album the band's sound became heavier, given the addition of guitarist Zal Cleminson of the Sensational Alex Harvey Band. The popularity of the album allowed the group to come up with a few big names such as Thin Lizzy, in their round of 1978/79.

Love Songs (eng. — "Love songs") — a double mixed album, which collected love songs recorded by the Beatles between 1962 to 1970. The collection was released by Capitol Records in the United States on 21 October 1977 (catalogue number SKBL-11711) and on Parlophone label in the UK on 19 November 1977 (catalogue number PCSP 721). We also saw the release of the album in New Zealand (with the same catalogue number and with the same printing matrix) on two different labels owned by EMI. The disc rose to 24th place in the album chart Billboard 200 and remained there 31 the week commencing 12 November 1977[2]. American Association of the Recording Industry (RIAA) certified the album for sales of three million copies, despite the fact that certification collections were discontinued in the late 1980s (certified the album with sales of three million units in 2000 even though the compilation was deleted in the late 1980s). The album At the Beeb was released on vinyl, cassette and CD. In the USA the album was released under the title Queen at The BBC on compact disc and with a different cover. The album includes recording 8 songs that were recorded on the program "Sound of the 70s" Radio station BBC Radio 1. The first four were recorded February 5, 1973, the remaining 3 December the same year. All tracks, except one, from the album "Queen", only the song "Ogre Battle" from the album "Queen II". The songs are not performed as they then appeared on the albums. They played in this variant, which they later performed at concerts. The recording of "Ogre Battle" was a corrupted entry, so in the beginning minute of the song had to be cut. ...more
