In the spring of 1969 CUBY & THE BLIZZARDS toured Holland with FLEETWOOD MAC, and in August went to tour in the UK, where she was able to perform also as a prestigious Marquee Club. But despite a very successful tour and the growing popularity of the group, she soon had serious problems with the composition. Van Eyck went to TRACE, and dick Beckman moved in LIVIN’ BLUES, and in addition to everything from Herman Brood had problems with the law – he was arrested and the Hague for possession of drugs, and he also had to leave the team. Masks and Gelling completed the composition of immigrants from BLUES DIMENSION groups of Herman Deinum, Hans Lafaille, Helmig Van Der Vegt.
